Eastern Yellow Robins are nesting – a sure sign that Spring is just around the corner.
I came across a pair in the Rise and Shine on Sunday – a completed nest with two eggs. They had chosen a handy site in the fork of a Hedge Wattle. This maligned shrub, alive or dead, is wonderful breeding habitat for small birds. Here’s hoping they have a productive breeding season, along with our other woodland birds.
Thankyou for sharing your photography with us. I love the fact you are able to capture so many I have never seen
What a joy to see!
