Sneaking up on a Darter

Somewhere, hidden amongst this maze of wood is a Darter, aka the Snakebird, of which there are a number to be found presently at Cairn Curran.

The cunning photographer managed to position himself out of sight, behind one of the larger Red-gums, thus allowing a close approach! Eventually the ruse was discovered and the wary female Darter flew off to a safer perch.

  1. I see it. Right side and a little up from centre.. There should be lots of water now .
