A mixed duck offering

The challenge of capturing birds in flight is a constant … this mixed flock of Wood Ducks and Grey Teal, seen near Joyce’s Creek at the weekend, provided some excellent practice. I disturbed them from a small paddock dam and the flock made a number of passes for me before heading to a (hopefully!) safe haven on the lake.

  1. Great formations. Do you move the camera with them?
