Morning light at ‘The Shine’

The Rise and Shine produced perfect conditions for morning bird photography over the weekend. Here are a few of the nice birds we encountered.

White-bellied Cuckoo-shrike – the dark morph is not at all common in southern Australia.

Other notables were: Diamond Firetail, Eastern Yellow Robin, Dusky Woodswallow, Black-chinned Honeyeater and Mistletoebird.
