Welcome to winter

Having finished the olives and ruby saltbush the local Silvereyes have now moved on to Pomegranate seeds.

The tree outside our kitchen window is receiving regular visits at the moment as the birds top up their fuel reserves.

  3. Lovely photo of silvereye feeding on pomegranate seeds. When I was in Turkey these were a very popular drink., good for birds and humans!
