Thanks boys!

I’m lucky in having a few extra sets of eyes out there.

Two of our boys were heading into Castlemaine last evening when I got the call … “Hey Dad, there are a couple of Little Eagles out here feasting on a rabbit – you’d better get your skates on!”

By the time I arrived the birds had moved some distance away into the paddock, but still close enough for some OK shots. One was perched on a stump, tearing at the carcass as the other flew in to join the party. All of the photographs show the feathered legs of the Little Eagle to advantage.
